1. Q235 grade steel should be used for anchor plates, and HPB235, HRB335 or HRB400 grade hot-rolled steel bars should be used for anchor bars. Cold-processed steel bars are strictly prohibited. T-shaped welding should be used for straight anchor bars and anchor plates. When the diameter of the anchor bar is ≤20mm, pressure submerged arc welding should be used; when the diameter of the anchor bar is >20mm, perforation plug welding should be used. It is not allowed to bend the anchor bar into a II shape or L shape and weld it to the anchor plate. When manual welding is used, the weld height should not be less than 6mm and 0.5d (HPB235 grade steel bars) or 0.6d (HRB335 grade, HRB400 grade steel bars), d is the diameter of the anchor bar.

2. Effective anti-corrosion treatment should be adopted for embedded parts. When hot-dip galvanizing is used for anti-corrosion treatment, the zinc film thickness should be greater than 40um. The processing materials and technical requirements of the curtain wall groove embedded parts are basically the same as those of the flat embedded parts, and attention should be paid to the length, width and thickness of the embedded parts, the size of the notch, and the length of the anchor bar. Negative deviations are not allowed.

3. The embedded parts of office building decoration should be buried in the position and specifications required by the design when the main structure is poured with concrete. To ensure the reliability of the connection between the embedded parts and the main structure, the strength grade of the main structure concrete at the connection part should not be lower than C20.

4. In order to prevent the embedded parts from displacement during the concrete pouring process, the embedded parts should be connected with the steel bars or formwork at the same time; during the concrete pouring process, a special person should be assigned to track and observe; if there is any deviation, it should be corrected in time; when connected with the masonry structure, reinforced concrete or steel structure beams should be added to the main structure of the connection part. The lightweight filling wall should not be used as the supporting structure of the curtain wall.

Construction process of curtain wall for office building decoration

1. The stone slabs should be installed according to the stone size number of the design position, and the width of the slab joints, horizontal, vertical and slab flatness should meet the specified requirements. The slabs can be installed only after they have passed self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection.

2. The installation of stone is to first weld the adapter (angle code) of the vertical steel keel (channel steel) to the embedded parts, then weld the vertical steel keel (channel steel) to the adapter (angle code) (or connect with stainless steel bolts), and then weld the horizontal keel angle steel to the vertical keel (channel steel) (or connect with stainless steel bolts). After forming the frame, the stone slab is connected to the horizontal keel stainless steel bolts through stainless steel (aluminum silicon magnesium) hangers, and fixed after adjustment.

3. After the initial installation of the stone slab is completed, the slab is adjusted. The adjustment standards are horizontal, vertical and flat. Horizontal means that the horizontal seam is horizontal; vertical means that the vertical seam is vertical; flat means that all stones are in the same plane.

4. After the stone slab is installed, the gaps between the slabs must be sealed with stone-specific glue. Prevent air infiltration and rainwater leakage.
